- No items are to be returned unannounced. This applies to bbq accessories (eg. charcoal, wiremesh, foam box, etc) and rental pits. In the event an item is returned without proper documentation, items will not be accepted and no refund will be made. All accessories & bbq pits returned are subject to inspection.
