BBQ Chicken Wing Like a Pro

When it comes to barbecuing, chicken wings are the hardest to grill. Not only does the skin get charred easily, the meat will be unevenly cooked. Place chicken wing at edge of grill, away from direct heat of charcoal and flip chicken wing every 5 to 8 minutes, repeat this step until both sides  turn golden brown.
